Our Interest is with Murmansk, Russia. Murmansk, Russia

This is where I met my lovely wife Irina Edwardovna Arhipova during our educational exchange in 1995.  I do believe we have the first official sister cities child born here in Jacksonville.  He was born on March 8 (Woman's Day) 2001.  His name is Anthorin (Tori) Edward Rasmus.  Edward after his grandfather who lives in Murmansk, Russia.
